Return and Exchange Policy

At UNFTTRD, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your package.

Important Notes:

• Due to hygiene restrictions, all jewelry products are non-returnable, including for change of mind, under Australian Consumer Law.
• Accessories and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
• For faulty or damaged items, or exchanges for size, UNFTTRD will cover all shipping costs, including return packaging.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

When will I receive my refund?

You can expect your refund to be processed within 7 days of us receiving your parcel. Your refund will be issued using the same method you used to pay, and we will send a Return Confirmation email when we have received your return and are processing your refund payment. Refunds will appear in your bank account or PayPal account within 3-5 working days after processing your order.
