All UNFTTRD Orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. We offer your parcels shipping with Australia’s first carbon neutral delivery service, Sendle. Areas where Sendle is not available, parcels are shipped via Australia Post. *Please only supply a physical shipping address as we cannot ship to a PO Box.

Australia

• Standard Shipping: Flat rate AUD $10.00 (2–8 business days)

• Express Shipping: Flat rate AUD $15.00 (1–3 business days) via Sendle or Australia Post

We provide Complimentary Standard Shipping on Australian orders over AUD $100.

Please note: Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and we are not responsible for any possible delays after passing on to our partner carriers.

Taxes and duties

All international buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes, these are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. In the case the client refuses the order or to pay the duties/taxes, shipping and extra costs will be deducted from the refund. We are not responsible for customs delays and transit times provided by courier are not necessarily guaranteed. However, we work closely with our partner courier companies to minimise as much delay as possible.
